Yinghua Academy Board of Directors Meetings
*The meeting on July 19 is a follow-up to the July 14 board meeting, at which there was a discussion of Betsy Lueth's performance evaluation. The board wanted to have more time to consider all of the information available and wanted to give Betsy time to draft a performance improvement plan. Consequently, there was a decision to schedule a special board meeting. The agenda will start with time allotted for public comments and will continue with discussion of her performance improvement plan as well as a vote on offering her an employment agreement for the 2010-2011 school year. Location: All meeings will be held at Yinghua Academy. Time: All meetings are scheduled for 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Charter school board meetings are public meetings.
