Yinghua seeks to provide the best resources possible for all of its students, including students with disabilities and specific learning needs. Our Special Education department (SpEd) abides by the latest U.S. Department of Education and Minnesota Department of Education requirements while offering additional resources tailored to our students to provide students and families with the resources they need.
