Yinghua Academy sends a weekly e-newsletter to families every Friday afternoon during the school year. The newsletter includes information about activities at school, upcoming events, reminders for families, and information about volunteering.

Summer Mailing Info
We’re going green and making the summer mailing digital! Important forms and information to complete for the upcoming school year are linked below. Please carefully look through each document and complete any forms needed. Most can be done online. If you prefer paper and need assistance printing, please contact office@yinghuaacademy.org.
Student & Family Handbook
The Student & Family Handbook is a guide to Yinghua Academy’s school culture, expectations, policies, and procedures. While it does not address every situation that may occur, it does serve as a resource when questions or concerns arise.
Typically, the handbook is revised as needed. The link below leads you to the 2024-25 handbook. Yinghua sends families additional health and safety notices and information on an as-needed basis. When in doubt, defer to the newest information, and always feel free to ask a member of the Yinghua staff for clarification.

The three vendors linked below offer the Yinghua logo on approved Yinghua uniform pieces. Other local and online vendors offer non-logo uniform pieces.
YACA, our parent association, offers a Used Uniform Sale several times per year. Items are gently used, laundered, and approved as Yinghua uniform or spirit wear attire, and most pieces sell for $1.

- Donald’s Uniform in Saint Paul offers the Yinghua Lower School blue plaid (below). Donald’s Price Sheet, Donald’s Preferred Customer Card, Donald’s Kindergarten/New Student Coupon
- Lands’ End offers the Middle School red plaid. Use the school code 900120379 for Lands’ End orders.
