Yinghua seeks to provide the best resources possible for all of its students, including students with disabilities and specific learning needs. Our Special Education department (SpEd) abides by the latest U.S. Department of Education and Minnesota Department of Education requirements while offering additional resources tailored to our students to provide students and families with the resources they need.

Yinghua also has a Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) to ensure that members of the public and educators can work together in a positive way to improve the quality of special education for scholars in the community.
