Yinghua Academy would like to invite all family members, community members, and staff to serve on the Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC).  The SEAC council members strive to:

• Promote respect and inclusivity for all students and families;
• Service as an advocate for high-quality special education programs;
• Promote communication between family, school, and community.
